I recently heard a YouTube video group discussion and the subject of "some rich guy heard about dogmen and wanted one so he a built a facility, paid for its capture, and eventually it killed him" came up. Has anyone heard anything or know anything about that??

Wait...
You are saying there are rumors of someone who had one captured, and it was in captivity, when it escaped and killed it's captor?
Or killed it's jailor while still locked up? My question would then be, where is this located and is the creature still confined?
Have not heard of this discussion, but it sounds too Jurassic Park to me. Unless we as a group pick some officers among us to go verify this story in person, sounds like a load of BS to me.

That's what I heard! But there was no other information. Maybe I will go back and find the video and who made the comment and then try to send a message and ask where he heard that story.

There was a story where someone claimed the US gov(?) put five of them into captive research underground. They all escaped and whatever powers who were holding them there had to just about crater the place to kill them. Supposedly it was from a veteran claiming to have been informed about this indirectly or having had played a role, I can't recall. Never heard of any high roller trapping one up, you'd need a lot of grease for those rails if you're not the US gov.

@isk8pdfrmalab - Jurassic Bark I'm not making fun, I just knew there had to be come kind of gallows humor in there somewhere. truthseeker- I agree it's an intriguing story, but in the absence of anything more substantial, I guess that's what it is. I listened to a story on YT some time ago where this person came across a community in a heavily wooded area in PA where there were fences along the road with official signs warning about animals and not stopping along the road. They found some hold-out residents living in houses in the area and they all had bars on the windows, wouldn't go out after dark, etc.. Turned out to be, as far as I could find, just a fictional story, but it was a good one. www.youtube.com/watch?v=uaDiIDSqKEI
