I read Scott's book the Nephilim Among Us, and it was short ,wish it continued with more info, but I know that no one has all the answers here, it is all still a mystery and my always be a mystery. It was a good book for me, I think I downloaded the e version off of amazon for about $9. Later I saw that he also has one just on DogMan, and it is even much shorter, but has good reviews on it. He does or did research with David Polities, but never says anything about what David thinks, so David still has that mysterious thing going on there.
Scott gets most or all of his images from GoPro cameras mounted on his shoulder looking behind him, he says these creatures don't show themselves until you are walking away from them, and if they were to attack you it would probably be from behind.
I am curious if he gets a feeling of fear or evil when he is in the woods around them? If anyone knows please let me know, this is very important for me.

While I can appreciate the number of hours put into these shots, there a great deal of difference between letting data be your guide and attempting to guide data. It’s the difference between “observation” and “speculation”. The “inguesstivation” concept I’ve proposed in the past. I know Mr. Carpenter is well respected and I have no doubts regarding his sincerity. This is simply not Cryptozoologic scientific methodology. Please don’t beat me up but I honestly feel it is visual Pareidolia. When the human brain is looking to match a preconceived image, the collection and projection devices we call eyes do a brilliant job of it. Just physiology 1.01.

Eoin, I actually agree with you. I put it up here because it still has some interesting things in it.

Eoin, that is interesting to hear, I do know that all of the images I have seen are blurry, I know that they start off in focus but the zoom is so far out and by the time they zoom in digitally the photos loose integrity so much that its hard to look at them as evidence an entity in the picture.

I agree with Eoin too, I think most of these kinds of things are related to Pareidolia. I've seen a bunch of videos on YouTube of people looking through photos like these for dogman and bigfoot faces, and honestly it's sometimes amusing to watch since it's so impossible to tell what the image is or so obviously not something strange.
Ghost Adventures actually talked about Paredolia on one of their episodes and took a look at a supposed image taken during a wedding. What looked like a little girl was standing by someone, but on closer inspection the little girl actually matched the carpet more than anything else. It shows how easy it can be to see something in a image when there's actually nothing there.
