I was wondering what you guys think about the fact that there seems to be a lot more Dogman(and other Cryptid sightings). Do you think that there is more DM around or that there are more avenues to report sightings. My personal belief is it's a combination of both but that there are more DM population wise. As a Christian I ve always thought that these creatures and other Cryptids are the "the beast's of the earth" that will kill many people as foretold to John the Revelator.I think this may be one of the reasons that in general these creatures don't kill or harm very many people. The way they sneer at you it's as if they're saying "Just you wait, I'm coming for you". The DM I saw projected that type of message to me even though I didn't experience any form of telepathy. I still have nightmares after 20 years and lately I've had a very disturbing idea that those of us who have had encounters are marked so to speak as the ones the DM come after first once the order is given. I'm going to post my encounter in a day or two but don't get your hopes up it wasn't all that exciting compared to some encounters I've heard on DM encounters which I no longer listen to since Im certain some of the stories are fictional. Khat Hansen and Brandon Close are two I know are BS and I have suspicions about others too. Anyway I've strayed off topic a bit so I ask again. More DM or more reports? Or a combination? Keep safe everybody and God bless.

I had a hunch Brandon's tales were a wee bit too tall. It's hard to say, but I'm sure a large part is more outlets for the information. Dogman/werwolf sightings don't have the sighting history that the Sasquatch does so maybe that is due to more activity. There is plenty of lore around the werewolf but not so much sighting reports from old newspapers and the like, at least not that I've come across.
I'll be interested to here of your sighting.

Not only is Brandon full of crap. He's in jail for beating a toddler. I looked up his criminal record. I found a thread on Reddit where the poster investigated him and discovered he owns no land, lives with his Father who also has an extensive criminal record too. Check out the Reddit thread. Apparently the poster told Cundiff this months ago and warned him if he didn't come clean about this matter the poster would reveal Cundiff for the fraud he is. On this week's episode of Dogman Encounters it's a 7 hour best of compilation and of course Brendon and his BS is still being promoted by Cundiff.

We can expect that EVERY YT channel or podcast is going to have some degree of bogus stories, that's our job to vet them--"buyer" beware... I gather that some make part or all of their living off of their channels and if a story gets clicks it's a keeper. While it would be nice to have one outlet where one could listen and know the story has been verified but that is not how things work with these platforms. I don't fault Vic for having brandon's fiction on there, he has plenty of stories that are just that, he must know it, but it's good for business I suppose. I'm sure he does his best to bring us truthful witnesses and i appreciate that. My bs meter works fairly well, it's not life or death/truth or fiction and it sure isn't scholarly or scientific so i's takes what i's can get. Anyway, has the reddit poster been vetted? Brandon's history actually confirmed--not that I care... I don't spend time there but have visited briefly- listened to 9 hrs of skinwalker tales read from reddit and I'd say all but a very few were bs.

I've thought the same thing. It could also explain why some such encounters (I'm thinking of the alien abduction CE4 thing) are reported to be stopped by prayer and invoking Christ.
I still don't know what DM really is, but that could be one explanation. Steve Quayle often refers to things 'coming up on the Earth,' as an inflection of 'things coming upon the Earth.' (paraphrased)
With all I've heard about DM, bigfoot, and other cryptids, I just can't settle on them being just another undiscovered species. There are many indications that we're dealing with something much more.
No scientific backing for any of that, it's just the way I'm feeling on the subject right now, based on things I take in.

Oddly I think it's really a mixture of all these things between more activity, be it from human encroachment or really a big spike in population which leads to more encounters I am not sure once again it could be a mix of these as well. Yet also we have more avenues to report sightings not to mention most people watching Discovery, Travel Channel and other such stations that have cryptid shows expose people to these different things. There are now several groups or individuals researching, accumulating reports and gathering whatever evidence they can and with the internet these efforts have gained more popularity.
I really think that bigfoot, dogman and others probably are being approached very much like UFOs where in shows brought it to the public. Imagine that everyday I tell you something we suspect could be real or true, well when that day comes and it turns out to be real it's no big surprise. How many books, news articles and other public information has mentioned UFOs? A lot, so when the Navy said they saw unidentified intelligently controlled vehicles were encountered, many took it the same way that they did in shows, books and other information by "debunking" it. Look I think it's good to be rational but discounting everything just because it doesn't fit with our world view doesn't mean that poof it no longer exists. I have heard some very smart people who think that the Navy videos are really just a joke because they have been conditioned in such a fashion to not accept anything but something right in front of them which is undisputable.
Cryptids are very much the same way, even when extinct animals are sighted such as the Javan Tiger or Tylacine it doesn't fit the narrative that has been drummed into the public's mind. If this is how close minded people are or can be even when they encounter something they may discount it themselves. Then they maybe run into a show exposing them to something other than bigfoot, inside they know that there is a distinct possibility that this is what I encountered although perhaps not fully as they are conditioned that it is a joke. Governments do not want to alarm the public, being the children we are thus being sheltered, look at how the UK govt explains away livestock being depredated by big cats. It is just a supposed one or two which someone released back in the 70's and they died but one or two still roam around and they somehow were released or escaped.. come on.
I am not sure if anyone has heard of "devil monkey's" but they are extremely dogman like in appearance as well as behavior, I ran into a few articles from 1920 - 1950 were they were highly aggressive. Also there are reports of "dog faced kangaroo's" in America I wonder if these are all the same things maybe different stages of development. You know I thought that maybe bigfoot (and all similar) and dogman (fox/wolf/hyena ..etc) types were really the big land based possible mammalian cryptid creatures running around well I no longer think that, I have an odd feeling that not just in the US there are more things out there but also the rest of the world there is much more.
