I want to know if anyone has posted the photo on here of a black dog 'man' supposedly taken by a washington state law enforcement office (not sure what dept) who was called by a worker at a UPS warehouse concerned about a large animal roaming near by. I want the actual story from the original poster, not part of a video made by someone else. I want to know if it was really in Washington state, and where. In the video it was a still photo (I don't fully trust the narrator) it showed what looked almost like a bear, black and on all fours.
Is this already on here somewhere? OR anyone know where to find it?
