Just a thought.
Is there any way the NAPD might start to formulate some kind of international event?
There are many here in the UK and probably elsewhere who would be interested I'm sure...plus it would an opportunity for folks to share their thoughts in an open forum with possibly a weekend expedition to an area of interest.
Could be good for raising general awareness too and might draw in more who are curious to learn about the phenomenon...people who may bring skills to bear.

Thank you! It just seems to me it's about time Dogman moved up alongside our old friend Sasquatch in the zietgeist. Could help.

View the "EVENTS" category of this website. There has been a request for sponsors posted there for quite a while. The sponsorship would be for a tentative Dogman Conference in 2019. It seems to me that such an event could easily be international in scope. Ken Gerhard held a Dogman Symposium 2016 in Defiance,Ohio, which I attended. It's my understanding that Ken Gerhard and Joedy Cook do not "get along" well. I hope I'm mistaken about that, but if it's true, I hope my attendance at that event does not make me "persona non grata" around here! LOL

I couldn’t find it on YouTube…

@jerit - I don't know. You could email NADP at the reporting email address on their reporting page (you'll be talking to Dave).
As far as current activity, he said he was contacting the U.K. group leader(s) in the U.K.. I'm sorry, I don't know any more than that.

jeritadamson, I don't recall seeing anyone film the Dogman Symposium 2016. I enjoyed the event, but I was a bit disappointed. Linda Godfrey was the only speaker whose presentation was exclusively about Dogman. The others speakers each had one or two reported Dogman encounters to talk about, and the rest of each presentation covered other cryptids. John E.L. Tenney spoke about the so-called "Whatzit", which was reported in the newspapers in the Southeastern corner of Michigan in the mid-1970s. He discovered the reports while researching microfilm archives at his local library in the town where he was living, not far from Detroit. From the description provided in the numerous articles in several newspapers, the "Whatzit" seemed to be a Dogman puppy. It was described as being about 3½ feet tall and was always seen standing/walking/running on 2 legs, with the forelimbs resembling arms. Defiance, OH was chosen because of the sightings of the Defiance Werewolf back in the mid-1970s. Our small group of 5 was able to track down the sites of two of the Defiance encounters. Joedy Cook spoke about that case during his presentation at the Mothman Festival 2016. I recall he said he was able to interview the widow of the man who was the Police Chief of Defiance, Ohio at that time. He said she told him that a cover story was put out saying that the werewolf was someone dressed up in a costume, but the authorities were taking the reports seriously since reputable people were reporting seeing the creature at close range.

It appears as though the attempt to hold the NADP Dogman Conference in 2019 has been unsuccessful. I noticed that the appeal for sponsorship has been removed from the "EVENTS" category. I am unable to be a sponsor, but I would have attended such a gathering. I hope that it will be held at some point in the future.
