There is a comment that mentions the Mante people from Aceh. From a little research--This video was apparently big news there because the Mante were thought to be lost. They were "the earliest ethnic group mentioned in legendary folklore" The Aceh govt reportedly sent in a search team to locate them so as to provide "social security." For some reason I'm skeptical that was the motive. The Mante are apparently considered a fictional people by many. Looked like a little man or kid with a walking stick/club-- the way he banked that turn into the grass was impressive whatever the subject may be.
Edit: Could be one of these folks too:

This is such an interesting video, have you all seen the breakdown by BigFoot Tony? There are a few frames where the subject has what appears as a mask. Something I picked up on was that the subject doesn't seem to fully extend during the chase. IIRC this was taken on a GoPro ((60FPS - 240 FPS max) ~30+ fps is normal). It's really interesting because even in other islands (eg Hawaii) there are stories of small peoples (Menehune) I'll see if I can't find a link he did quite a good job. www.youtube.com/watch?v=9rqan-UsN7g
