Is he recording from a monitor or TV? I wish people would post original videos I can record from a TV and play some other sound track and record whatever like that if I didn't know how to use shotcut/audacity. If an original video is released then there are options for analysis, we can corroborate the device used and the video like if I see an Iphone 7 taking video in 144p that's been messed with or is the aspect ratio is not correct it's been messed with also on the original video if I take the audio track and find millisecond gaps in audio it's been spliced and cut. Recording off a TV isn't the way to present a video it's now a small image with many variables to consider which cannot be ruled out. The growls are interesting just too many variables and small image size means not much can be done with it.

Ever heard this clip? www.youtube.com/watch?v=IUUD7x6zEZM(Again, having occasional issues with links not posting correctly, will check after post) A mix of barking - or something like barking - growls, and otherwise animal shenanigans that don’t fit anything canine I can find online, but strike me as canineLIKE in some parts. In other portions, these sounds are almost apelike, but again, nothing I can locate in any sound recording archive under ‘apes’ or any documented simian species call bytes have anything resembling this one. No clue what this is. I spent a large portion of my early life as a bowhunter in Washington and Oregon; I recognize a wide variety of wildlife calls, but this one has me stumped. Can anyone ID this?

Not I but it does sound canine. Sounds a bit like my dog would when trying to clear a bit of stick stuck in his throat. Too bad the camera wasn't turned around.

At first I thought primate reminds me of a baboon I dunno why but reminds me of it, but then the multiple bark/call then the scream or something it is freaking odd and yeah it sounds like a big stinking dog one that is like massive. Primates even big cats "bark" but this is actually pretty big, the scream also sounded just odd. If I get sometime I want to analyze it like the Louisiana audio.
Sounds like there is some slapping of flesh also @ 2:20 ish after that at like @2:37 - 2:40 wow you can hear a bark roar that growl sound at the end tells me that there are bones in the throat area if it was a bigcat. There is just such a huge variance on calls going on and I swear that some sounds overlap I need to look at this.
Edit: Good point I put on the headphones you can hear rocks, I heard the plane before some birds I heard a crow or raven call... this will sound odd but primate the first real thought in my head between the variety of calls and the scream at 4:25 .. it's odd sounds like a massive dog bark with the throaty sounds of a bigcat and the sounds of a primate. Super odd I gotta update a few things on my analysis machine but I am going to look at this.

Been listening to it on a good set of full headphones, and picked up some interesting changes. There are rocks falling downhill, clattering. Also slapping or punching sounds that I have heard other folks call wood knocking.
But here’s a real strange bit:
Towards the end of the clip, a prop driven aircraft is making a racket overhead. Listen how the animal changes its growl to nearly imitate the engine noise.
Its totally different from anything else it did prior, a kind of rattle or prolonged snorting. If I didn’t hear it on my headset, I would have missed this. My impression was that the animal either didn’t like the sound of the airplane, or was trying to imitate it.
Or maybe both. I don’t know, this is a weird recording of .... something big, making a racket, that I can’t guess at. If it’s a hoax its a darn good one.

I had the hardest time finding this thread and post which I need for the weekend, I'll work on boosting a bit the audio graph it out on a spectrograph I'll update with everything and anything.
