Having played The Elder Scrolls since like DaggerFall that looks very much like a Skyrim werewolf. That said I can absolutely believe that movie/game studios absolutely will probably look at cryptid related forums or similar and images (real or fake) and probably will use that at some level. I know that I personally have looked to nature when drawing or coloring/shading back when I was into more artistic things. To me at least the stance looks very much like some of the poses in Skyrim, doesn't really mean anything like I said sometimes people really try hard and will come very close to what some have reported to have sighted. Can I say 100% it is real? No just like I can't say 100% it is from Skyrim. Here is a quick Google search check out the "images" .. I should say that there is some variety even in the game as to size and fur coloring, for example I know that it was coded into the game that female werewolves would be just a little smaller than males. Mind you this is in a game so they really did quite a bit of work. www.google.com/search?q=skyrim+werewolfEdit: Not sure but if you are interested there are some videos on Skyrim's Werewolves, and while they get into the game's lore there is much "action" and stills which are very close probably the google search would suffice but there are more resources out there. I can't remember but I think that in Oblivion also there were WereWolves and I remember with some HD graphics packs they would look very good like close to Skyrim. There are also other "were-creatures" such as "werebears" also although the size/posture is a little different. I should include that hands and feet are very Skyrim'ish seems that it's four toes and the light color of the muzzle although some in game will have darker skin color, heck there is even a white werewolf in the game which a player can transform into.
