Hope all are well, and I wish you a wisdom filled year, cheers to find the answers that you are looking for in the realm of cryptids.
I got a little doggirl of my own and she has bitten me several times (puppy teeth hurt!) but she is so cute all I can do is kiss her

Happy New Year. Awesome and very cute lil pupper, let me tell you a crazy story:
I was at work and working in the office on this day anyhow a driver said "Is it okay if I let my dog out on your yard?" I told him "sure be careful because we have coyotes and whatever else running around." He told me I didn't understand "He was letting his dog go on our yard", once everything clicked I asked him how much he wanted for the dog, this guy literally couldn't have thrown enough stuff at me I got a large dog cage, food, toys and even the dog for nothing and I got the ominous "Good luck". Either way I got a 1 year old boston terrier who basically my only interactions were being bit for the first 3 months. Honestly at first, I thought my aunt would like to have a small dog for company while I was at work (she is disabled; (we have several large dogs that run around our property and we use a cabin for their kennel at night)), fear not she got bit as well. My aunt was not exactly able and or willing (perhaps lack of canine psychology) never addressed the biting and I was not allowed to address it either until she realized that she really couldn't deal with his issues. I learned from the driver that in 1 year the dog had been past 3 hands (an older couple which he was too much for wherein they gave him to her daughter and once again too much then to the driver and finally to my aunt and me).
Anyhow to make a long story short here we are 2 years later, I spent about 6 months working with this dog and yup I got bit once, only bite ever from a dog in over 20 years (got bit once by a kitten saving it from a dog). I wasn't dissuaded I kept on working with him and being laid off during March of 2020 meant I had 6 months to really get all of the issues taken care of, and I did. My dog was older more set in his ways but with consistency and following through the dog I got from a driver (who literally was frustrated with the dog) is now welcomed in my bank, hospital and heck even my co-workers now (current workplace doesn't exactly lend itself to bringing along your dog or even really allow employees to do such things) but all of my co-workers love it whenever I bring him in and actually ask when is the next time.
So I will tell you it is normal for puppies to mouth and yes puppy teeth are sharp but also from the experience I had with my little dog he was constantly played with using gloves and hands so this setup the issue where he thought hands and gloves were just play things. All that kind of leads to a dog which couldn't differentiate play and just inappropriate biting. My case was a bit more serious as even fully geared for winter weather where I reside, he has absolutely drawn blood, so my little dog was biting very hard.

My puppy is sweet though, and I actually don't mind her biting me, she only drew blood once or twice. I just re direct her with her toys, some training exercises or if i'm feeling lazy, give her a beef marrow bone to chew on. She is now starting controlled bite work, and so far she loves it, just leather rags and french linen tugs for now until her baby teeth fall out.

Bite work will absolutely teach the bite inhibition, exercise really is important which it is hard in my case due to temperatures around here but that said my little boston has had a few bite work lessons and all the running, tugging and everything it really helped out with not targeting of hands/gloves. I know this will sound nutty but my dogs all of them big and small alike seem to love antlers say from a deer heck even once got cape buffalo horn. Totally normal also to freak out when the puppy teeth start falling out it happens with all animals .. I possibily pulled a few teeth from a 7 month old tiger or two and seems you are ready.
