ag47...Im not sure either, some of the stories Ive heard, they are seen with pups and even juveniles, so that sounds different than what other people are describing. I dont understand why they all look like the same kind of creature...a bipedal wolf with the body of a human, now if that was some ancient curse, I could understand, but then, there are real flesh and blood creatures that look identical??? LOL CONFUSING!!
Im not sure where to start on the human changing form research though, majority of people on the FB post thought I was joking, and of course many others chimed in with lyrics from popular werewolf songs, its frustrating. Ive read more than a few books on curses, voodoo and other stuff along those lines, but Ive NEVER EVER come across the mention of a curse like this, (one that could literally make a person change form into something totally different)...I dont even understand how that would be possible for the physical body (where does the 'black claws' hair, snout, canine teeth, etc come from within the human body?), not to mention the totally different skeletal structure of a creature like this..?

I dont think there is rule that says "there cannot be different phenomena happening in the different places (or same place) that arent the same". I see Lycanthropy referenced a fair amount on various forums and as of me typing this I've never had someone expand on the topic. I've requested it in both public and private venues still nothing. I'm not opposed to it to the contrary there are centuries worth of lore and lore should never be ignored. As an investigator I work with what is tangibly in front of me, research wise I find alot of it to be biased one way or the other. Shapeshifting is a very well laid out thing but it being curse related would be most likely European in origin. Even within most of those cultural references its a voluntary thing more than a curse thing. Celtic and Germanic lore would be where id start. hope that ramble helps

My logical mind only wants to believe what I see. I am a little more open-minded than I used to be, but I've still never seen a lot of things. I try.

I get around with my work. I know independence my pretty good. I'm in the area alot. Untill my deal. Basically this world was bull shit to me. But I find myself here now. For the last few months I have been enthralled with this. Still haven't told the wife. She took the dog out at 3am last night . I woke and said bring a gun. She always does anyway. I think there's some weird stuff out there. But what it is is questionable. Seeing something change is off the spectrum to me still. But might be plausible. Who knows anymore. The weather is getting better. I have 3 cameras out now. And plan on stealth camping alot this warm season. Maybe we will get lucky.

Although Im not sure those ancient warriors have ANY connection to the Dogmen people see today, I kind of doubt it

Nada thing. Actually camped out Friday night. Heard some coyotes in the distance. But nothing abnormal. Whatever it was may have passed threw. Germantown is near. There's lots of stuff going on over there. Lots of deer in my area. I have not heard the big boy howl in a long time. Pretty sure it's gone

Welp. I just heard what may have been the big boy. Was just walking my dog. At the back of the property. We both stopped. He and I were both taking a pee...lol. when we heard a low deep growl. Whatever it was was big. The dog "big German Shepherd" decided it was time to go in and was at the end of the leash instantly tugging to go inside. I said, " I heard it too buddy" shined my flashlight in that direction but was still taking a pee. And we headed inside. About a 200 yard walk. The dog was quick to go inside and looked very nervous inside. I'll probably go out in a bit with night vision and check out the area.

About 4 years ago we moved to our dream home, in the middle of farms and woods. We have 8 acres witch backs up against some protected land that is undeveloped. Mostly old old farms and woods patched threw them. We are between Oxford Ohio and "from what I recently read" the fabled Germantown Ohio. We keep to ourselves. My wife and son and our dog. I only twice met our nearest neighbor. A late 20s early 30s female. I never see her leave. Her dad stops by from time to time. She dosent work. One night a few years ago I went outside a out 1230am to walk the dog. I had a few beers on a Saturday night as did my neighbor most likely as she was hooting and howling. So I joined in the fun and howled back. No biggy. But this play started happening more and more. We started having weird stuff happen. Someone snapped our roosters neck in the night.and was coming on our property. So I set up some trail cams. Dident catch much but some deer and coyotes. Bit one day I went to check the cameras and my SD card was missing and the camera open. So I gave up on that idea. I am a bit of a prepped. Ok Im a big prepped. So I turned the next few weekends into a full on military operation to figure out who was coming on our property. I got camoed up in a sniper ghillie suit and night vision. Had my night vision scoped rifle out.... Nothing. Argh. So one night it's Saturday again had a few beers but not close to drunk by any means. Took the dog out when i heard the playful howl again... I thought it was my wife at the chicken coup. So I kept walking that direction, no one at the coup. Huh weird. Must be neighbor. So we got to the opening to the 300 yard spread of brush and woods between our houses and I saw what looked to be a naked person with long dark hair like a lions and less hair on the body but still a dusting of body hair. It ran off upright. I dident see snout, or anything like that. Not fangs, glowing eyes, nothing of the sort. But I did get a weird feeling like it was a big dog wanting me to chase it. An overwhelming vibe so to speak. It ran threw the tall brush and I lost sight. The initial contact was about 120 yards out and it ran the other 150 to 180 yards quick. My dog dident seem to even care. Sort of like it was a dog it knew. Not sure what it was. But it dident seem evil or dangerous. The fact you are here sharing this makes this worth digging into. We know a naked human when we see one. Other people have for a second on seeing the Dogman or Bigfoot thought it was a man in black jacket then realised oh shit it’s not a man. Have you ever heard Dogman or Bigfoot sounds? Dogman will make your hair shrivel off your arm and go bald and Bigfoot sounds are bloody mentally disturbing. One example at the end of MISSING411 Hunters Bigfoot are recorded and it sounds like people howling and saying peoples names in a twisted type of fashion. I’m mentioning this n ref to you thinking the neighbors or ya wife could be making the sound. I doubt it’s them watching you in the dark with your dog making sounds... I heard an eye witness talk about their chickens being killed but not eaten and like there was this game going on but the couldn’t figure it all out until a year later same thing started up with the chickens necks being snapped and legs being pulled off and left on the door step. It was a Dogman that was getting a message to them. So just watch your 6. They see like wizards and your activity is probably entertaining.

Good advice Bee! I missed this update D-rock. Was the Summer quiet? What time of year had you first heard it? Wondering about seasonal movement.... Have any interactions with the neighbor that reduced some of the strangeness regarding her? And a bit off topic but since Bee mentioned Bigfoot sounds I just heard some of the best recordings I've come across and probably the best to be available publicly. "GuyinIndiana" on the Bigfoot Forum posted this (along with much discussion in the "researcher of the year contest" thread) www.youtube.com/watch?v=T6PhOvIu65E&feature=emb_titleHe has other vocals recorded also on his unrelated to bf channel. Some say the vocals are more wolflike though the researcher feels confident they are BF as he's had a sighting and has been working this particular area for 15 seasons (which I assume is years unless referring to Spring/Fall seasonal movement--IDK.)

What I refer to as big boy. Will make four skin crawl when it howls. I believe it to not be what I saw. I ran across it hunting the first time and it's howl had me heading for the house. I a military get with a ar15 in hand felt I had to get to my house quickly..lol so it's no normal tote for damn sure. Not a peep all summer. When the weather turned cold I heard it again walking the dog a few months back.

Thanks for posting. I have the same problem with autocorrect. It is my worst enema. I heard the guy who invented it died. May he rest in peas.
